White Horse Investments (UK) Limited was formed in 2005 with an aim to provide customers with discounted property and incentives enabling first time buyers to get onto the property ladder. White Horse will also assist investor clients with increasing their property portfolios.

White Horse negotiates with developers both locally and nationally for discounts and incentives typically between 10% and 25% for clients. We introduce our clients, both home buyers and investors to the developer at the reduced prices.

Our service does not end here, we manage the process step by step from reservation through to completion. We have established relationships with Mortgage brokers and Solicitors who we introduce our clients to. For investor clients we have our own lettings branch who will offer advice on the properties that they are purchasing in respect of tenants and anticipated rental incomes.
