Application process

• Complete White Horse application forms
• Pay a £100 holding deposit for the property
• Agree a tenancy start date (following successful referencing)
• Property handover with cleared funds for deposit and the first months rent

Security for Tenants

• Deposit held in the government backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
• Thorough Inventory / Schedule of condition carried out (managed service)
